Tasks
- •Provide technical support for oral care products
- •Execute new product launches and category support
- •Ensure projects meet internal and external quality standards
- •Maintain compliance with cosmetic, medicinal, and medical regulations
- •Adhere to corporate EHS, quality, and sustainability programs
- •Validate formulations using European raw materials
- •Deliver assigned projects within agreed timelines
- •Plan and execute lab and pilot batches
- •Apply Good Manufacturing Practice standards to documentation
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product commercialization
- •Manage and execute comprehensive stability programs
- •Monitor stability data for completeness and conformance
- •Set release specifications and determine product shelf-life
- •Perform density, pH, and viscosity measurements
- •Document experiments accurately in electronic systems
- •Follow established Standard Operating Procedures
- •Support growth projects and raw material qualifications
- •Optimize manufacturing processes and formulas
- •Manage maintenance for assigned technical equipment
