- Experience in project management
- Experience in lean methodologies
- Experience in quality methodologies
- Engineering degree (EQF Level 6 or Level 7)
- Equivalent experience in similar industries
- Fluent English (Level C1)
- Advantageous German (Level B1)
- Hold EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit
Tasks
- Introduce engine part repair projects into operations
- Coordinate all project activities
- Ensure project quality, budget, and timeline adherence
- Lead product industrialization with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Operations, Process Engineering, Tool and Equipment Engineering, Shop Engineering, and Machine Maintenance
- Work with external vendors on repair projects
- Manage simple to complex repair projects
- Project manage repair introductions for PW1100G, Leap-1A/-1B, PW4000, and CFM56 engines
- Select and implement innovative technologies
- Ensure future-proofed capability for customer fleets
- Interface with OEM for technical repair data
- Conduct make-or-buy analysis
- Manage interactions for source demonstrations and industrialization projects
- Perform First Article Inspection
- Release projects to Operations
- Prepare initial data package for EASA Part 145 repair decisions
- Support Quality, Process Engineering, and Tooling Engineering during process audits
