Tasks
- Introduce engine part repair projects into operations
- Coordinate all repair project activities
- Ensure projects run smoothly on quality, budget, and time
- Lead industrialization of products
- Collaborate with Operations, Process Engineering, Tool and Equipment Engineering, Shop Engineering, Machine Maintenance, and external vendors
- Manage repair introduction projects for PW1100G, Leap-1A/-1B PW4000, and CFM56 engines
- Select and implement innovative technologies
- Ensure future-proofed capability for existing customer fleets
- Interface with OEMs for technical repair data
- Conduct make-or-buy analysis
- Manage interactions for source demonstrations and industrialization projects
- Perform First Article Inspection
- Release repairs to Operations
- Prepare initial data package based on EASA Part 145
- Present repair decisions
- Support Quality, Process Engineering, and Tooling Engineering during process audits
