Tasks

  • Introduce engine part repair projects into operations
  • Coordinate all repair project activities
  • Ensure projects run smoothly on quality, budget, and time
  • Lead industrialization of products
  • Collaborate with Operations, Process Engineering, Tool and Equipment Engineering, Shop Engineering, Machine Maintenance, and external vendors
  • Manage repair introduction projects for PW1100G, Leap-1A/-1B PW4000, and CFM56 engines
  • Select and implement innovative technologies
  • Ensure future-proofed capability for existing customer fleets
  • Interface with OEMs for technical repair data
  • Conduct make-or-buy analysis
  • Manage interactions for source demonstrations and industrialization projects
  • Perform First Article Inspection
  • Release repairs to Operations
  • Prepare initial data package based on EASA Part 145
  • Present repair decisions
  • Support Quality, Process Engineering, and Tooling Engineering during process audits

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
