Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Understanding and explanation of technical RV/vehicle systems
- Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented approach under pressure
- Proficiency using rental systems (must have), CRM tools (nice to have), or digital sales software (nice to have)
- Organized, detail-focused, and proactive lead/customer management
- Driving License (Category B)
- English proficiency and local-language proficiency (nice to have, if applicable)
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around depot for extended periods
- Ability to lift/carry light to moderate items (10-15 kg)
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Interaction with customers in different emotional states with calmness and professionalism
Tasks
- Conduct rental check-ins
- Conduct rental check-outs
- Provide rental briefings
- Offer ongoing rental support
- Handle service recovery
- Manage emergencies with empathy
- Prepare RV demonstrations
- Perform RV demonstrations
- Showcase RV features and specifications
- Ensure smooth RV handovers
- Verify all documentation is in order
- Track sales leads in CRM
- Track sales demonstrations in CRM
- Track sales follow-ups in CRM
- Convert rental customers into sales opportunities
- Support RV Sales Leads in meeting targets
- Maintain knowledge of RV models
- Perform basic RV system demonstrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Escalate issues as needed
