- Established network within Romandie-based institutional clients
- High capability navigating high pressure situations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong entrepreneurial drive
- Commercial mindset
- Broad investment product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Native French
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- High personal integrity

Tasks
- Partner with Region Head to strengthen institutional coverage
- Drive structured sales process from lead generation to conversion
- Manage and deepen existing client relationships
- Originate new business opportunities through market access
- Develop expertise in investment offerings and market needs
- Lead RFP and tender processes with support teams
- Enhance operational responsiveness by improving internal processes
- Contribute to planning regional roadshows and marketing campaigns
