Tasks
- Grow a dedicated portfolio of Greek HNW and UHNW clients
- Achieve P&L accountability for client portfolios
- Drive new client acquisition in the Greek market
- Acquire new clients among the Greek diaspora
- Focus on net new assets and revenue growth
- Lead personalized relationship management for Greek private clients
- Coordinate product and specialist support for entrepreneurs and family offices
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Supervise and coordinate administration and business management
- Adhere to valid processes and policies
- Increase share of wallet through cross-selling opportunities
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across investments
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across lending
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across wealth planning
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across corporate/investment banking
- Execute cross-selling opportunities
- Oversee client relationship administration
- Ensure quality of client onboarding
- Manage client relationship documentation
- Comply with internal processes
- Comply with MiFID II regulations
- Comply with cross-border regulations
- Comply with Greek/EU regulatory requirements
- Professionally manage WM target customers
- Strategically manage WM target customers
- Implement an investor-friendly policy
- Provide investment advice
- Manage asset allocation
- Develop strategic asset allocation
- Develop tactical asset allocation
- Implement structured sales ideas
- Collaborate closely with the Investment Manager
