Requirements

  • •Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
  • •Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German
  • •Understanding of statistics and interest in numerical data
  • •Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
  • •Capability to work independently and as a strong team player
  • •Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships
  • •Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and general IT aptitude
  • •Motivation to continuously improve skill set
  • •Negotiation skills are an advantage
  • •High school diploma; university degree or industry-related certification
  • •At least two years of experience in the reinsurance industry
  • •Experience with SICS system

Tasks

  • •Input premium, conditions, endorsements, quotes, and renewal data accurately
  • •Administer submission documentation and support underwriters
  • •Review and compare policy wordings and endorsement language
  • •Prepare final documents for signature and distribution
  • •Maintain and organize underwriting filing systems
  • •Ensure completeness and accessibility of records
  • •Identify and correct data quality issues proactively
  • •Provide auditors with required documentation for system entries
  • •Assist with month-end close procedures
  • •Participate in team projects
  • •Help organize client and broker meetings and conferences
