Description

As a Regional Finance Lead for Europe, you will play a key role in driving financial performance by delivering insights, managing costs, and aligning financial plans with business goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• •BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
• •Strong financial planning and analysis skillset
• •5+ years of progressive finance experience
• •Critical thinking and strategic mindset
• •Experience working in a global environment
• •Strong financial modeling skills
• •Ability to work with a multicultural team in different time zones
• •Proficient English language skills (written and oral)
• •Advanced degree, certification, or equivalent training
• •Experience using SAP
• •Experience in communicating with senior levels of management

Tasks

• •Deliver financial analysis and business insights for regional P&L
• •Drive margin and profitability analysis to support commercial success
• •Manage SG&A costs and optimize working capital
• •Evaluate strategic initiatives, including new investments and partnerships
• •Align financial plans with business goals and market trends
• •Provide financial support and analysis to regional commercial teams
• •Prepare and analyze monthly reporting of results for stakeholders
• •Support estimates, annual operating plans, and financial model updates
• •Assist in preparing monthly business reviews for the Global Commercial Finance leader
• •Consolidate and interpret inputs for updates and risks and opportunities
• •Collaborate with Global FP&A and business teams to drive efficiencies
• •Support internal and external audit requests, ensuring Sox compliance
• •Ensure consistency across functions and metrics with business finance leaders
• •Promote and train teams on new tools and metrics for digitization and simplification
