Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience in international recruitment and diverse cultures
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, sourcing tools
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Relationship building with candidates and stakeholders
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments
  • Native or near-native German language knowledge

Tasks

  • Source top applicants globally
  • Qualify candidates with Business Developers
  • Pre-screen candidates for shortlists
  • Conduct interviews via phone, in-person, or Teams
  • Negotiate contractual conditions
  • Maintain candidate database and administration
  • Identify new ways to attract applicants
  • Maintain pipeline of open applications
  • Support and participate in marketing events and conferences
  • Support other projects based on business needs
