- Lead RDMA digital and AI roadmap definition.
- Lead RDMA digital and AI roadmap execution.
- Continuously shape and improve the RDMA operating model.
- Continuously shape and improve RDMA governance.
- Continuously shape and improve RDMA decision processes.
- Prepare decision-ready insights for RDMA LT, ExCom, and Portfolio Review Committees.
- Lead RDMA strategy for BD scouting.
- Ensure BD scouting consistency, comparability, and strategic fit.
- Lead RDMA strategy for due diligence.
- Ensure due diligence consistency, comparability, and strategic fit.
- Prepare high-impact materials for senior governance forums.
