- Support decision-making with technical insights
- Identify and execute operational improvements
- Reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement innovation recommendations
- Represent the organization at international meetings
- Interact with customers to resolve technical issues
- Develop action plans for customer concerns
