Requirements

  • •PhD in Chemical or Process Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics, or Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • •Strong knowledge of powder handling solutions, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, high-temperature processes, and CAE simulation tools
  • •Hands-on experience in R&D or industrial environments
  • •Familiarity with process flow diagrams (PFD/P&ID) and analytical techniques (BET, SEM, XRF)
  • •Excellent command of English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
  • •Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and curiosity for innovation

  • •Design and conduct lab-scale experiments for graphite process optimization
  • •Conduct pilot-scale experiments for carbon process optimization

  • •Manage projects to support production teams with process optimization
  • •Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive innovation
  • •Ensure process safety in all operations
  • •Identify new technological trends and emerging processes
  • •Engage with universities and institutes to foster innovation
  • •Attend technical conferences and exhibitions
