- Upload and manage legal documentation for import/export
- Review FG demand in SAP and identify forecast risks
- Create and maintain Bulk Net Demand Forecasts (NDFs)
- Align bulk inventory between SAP and Abacus until RM project go-live
- Share bulk forecasts with Raw Material Planning and Finance
- Create bulk purchase orders in SAP with correct vessel sizing
- Post goods receipts in SAP and perform manual corrections
- Execute month-end financial reconciliation for bulk POs
- Maintain formula master data and BOMs in SAP
- Monitor scrap rates in bulk production and track forecast trends
- Create Purchase Orders (POs)
- Monitor supplier delivery commitments and update dates in SAP
- Maintain accurate pricing in cooperation with Procurement
- Keep master data updated in SAP and Abacus
