Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • •Previous experience in financial markets, preferably in trading or structuring roles
  • •Familiarity with quantitative models in rates and/or credit markets
  • •Strong hands-on coding skills in Python and VBA
  • •Experience building custom solutions using BQuant
  • •Genuine enthusiasm for understanding global financial systems
  • •Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • •Strong teamwork skills
  • •Strong communication skills in English and German
  • •French language skills are a plus

Tasks

  • •Assist traders in managing client transactions
  • •Support hedging of ongoing trading activities
  • •Build practical solutions to enhance trading desk efficiency
  • •Collaborate with Quant Analytics to implement pricing models
  • •Work with Business Management to extend pricing models
  • •Generate actionable trade ideas with the Sales team
  • •Identify emerging client demand in the market
  • •Provide daily support to Middle Office and Back Office teams
