Rally Team Truck Driver & Logistics Support(m/w/x)
Transporting rally team trucks and equipment for motorsport events across Germany and Europe, including loading/unloading. Valid commercial EU driving license (Class CE) and motorsport experience required. 30 days vacation, extensive travel across Germany and Europe.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a car technician/mechanic or event truck driver
- Motorsport or rally experience
- Valid commercial EU driving license (Class CE)
- Strong technical understanding and hands-on approach to logistical tasks
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and with high personal standards
- Team-oriented attitude with flexibility regarding working hours and travel demands
- Basic IT skills (SAP and MS Office)
- Valid forklift license or willingness to obtain/renew certification
- Strong communication skills and professional interaction with suppliers and external partners
Tasks
- Transport team trucks and trailers to rally events and test sessions across Germany and Europe
- Secure, load, and unload rally testing equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform courier trips and vehicle transfers between rally locations and the home base
- Maintain trucks and trailers in clean, professional condition before, during, and after events
- Coordinate maintenance, servicing, registrations, and repairs for all transport vehicles and trailers
- Handle and prepare rally tires, including checking, marking, scanning, assigning, cleaning, inspecting, and lifting
- Assist tire technicians with tire fitting and preparation work on-site and at the home base
- Support event logistics, including setup and dismantling of infrastructure, ensuring high-standard presentation of trucks, paddock, and garage areas
- Operate forklifts at the home base and contribute to organized spare-parts and equipment logistics
- Assist with general workshop tasks, equipment maintenance, storage processes, and documentation such as carnets, load lists, and shipment preparation
