Requirements

Tasks

  • •Lead overall operations for the Zurich Airport Racing Lounge
  • •Act as the primary host for guests
  • •Deliver a premium and welcoming guest experience
  • •Plan and manage on-site events
  • •Coordinate event touchpoints for seamless execution
  • •Ensure high-quality food and beverage service
  • •Collaborate with catering partners for guest support
  • •Manage staffing, shift scheduling, and holiday planning
  • •Oversee team onboarding and day-to-day coaching
  • •Manage the booking system and guest flow
  • •Maintain high service standards
  • •Handle POS and cash management reliably
  • •Monitor and optimize inventory and stock control
  • •Ensure lounge cleanliness and functionality
  • •Maintain the high-quality appearance of the environment
  • •Coordinate simulator and system maintenance with IT
  • •Support financial and administrative tasks with headquarters
  • •Provide feedback to improve the lounge offering
