Requirements

  • •Background in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Robotics, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics
  • •Creative and scientific mindset
  • •Advanced degree with excellent grades in a quantitative field
  • •Experience as a Researcher in D1 execution research
  • •Demonstrable experience and interest in crypto markets
  • •Significant practical experience with large messy datasets
  • •Understanding of position management and market risk
  • •Experience in data analysis with Python and SQL dialects
  • •Serious about clean code and well-architected systems
  • •Sense of ownership and accountability for contributions
  • •Technical accomplishments considered a plus

Tasks

  • •Lead the growth of trading research
  • •Improve execution quality in delta 1 mid-frequency trading
  • •Collaborate with the engineering team on execution improvements
  • •Work with the research team to enhance strategy capacity and profitability
  • •Design and develop models and algorithms for trading
  • •Analyze order book and trades data for execution models
  • •Develop trade cost models with quant research
  • •Analyze large datasets for post-trade analytics
  • •Enhance monitoring capabilities to track market performance
  • •Decompose PnL and identify opportunities in algorithms
