Requirements

  • Strukturiertes, analytisches und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer technischer Fachrichtung
  • Fundierte Qualifikationen im Qualitätsmanagement (z. B. Q‑Fachingenieur, Q‑Manager DGQ o. ä.)
  • Erfahrung in Qualitätsvorausplanung und APQP sowie im Prüfen nach Normen und Richtlinien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der 8D‑Systematik und strukturierten Problemlösungsmethoden
  • Kenntnisse im Reliability Engineering sowie technisches Verständnis in Maschinenbau / Heiztechnik
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Entwicklungs‑ und Produkteinführungsprozessen

Tasks

  • Gate Reviews in Entwicklungsprojekten durchführen
  • Die Rolle des QPL übernehmen
  • Qualitätsrelevante Aufgaben (QO, SQ&D) koordinieren
  • Als zentraler Ansprechpartner und Qualitätsexperte im Entwicklungsprojekt fungieren
  • Qualitätsvorausplanung (QVP / APQP) erstellen und pflegen
  • Quality Gates planen und moderieren
  • Wirksamkeitsprüfung der Maßnahmen durchführen
  • Entwicklungsstände aus Qualitätssicht bewerten
  • Q-Status berichten
