Tasks
- Define and structure quality performance KPIs across the value chain
- Identify and align with stakeholders on key quality KPIs
- Standardize KPI definitions, calculation methodologies, and data sources
- Ensure KPI consistency across departments and systems
- Develop and implement quality performance monitoring tools
- Design and develop dashboards (Power BI / Excel)
- Integrate and structure data from ERP, production, and returns databases
- Ensure data accuracy, refresh frequency, and usability of reporting tools
- Identify data inconsistencies and support data cleansing
- Improve data structure and quality across systems
- Support implementation of data governance best practices
- Prepare the quarterly Quality Committee deck
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of reported figures
- Highlight key trends, deviations, and areas of concern
- Synthesize insights to support decision-making
