Inspecting aircraft engine assemblies to OEM specifications, creating repair orders for modules and parts at an engine MRO provider. Vocational training in mechanics or technical industry required. Lean and 5S principles applied daily.
Requirements
- Vocational training (polymechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery mechanic, or mechanical/technical industry)
- Relevant working experience in Aviation or MRO industry (advantage)
- Self-motivation, precise and accountable work approach
- Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills
- Resilience under pressure, adaptability to change
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge (plus)
- Good English skills (minimum B2), German speaking (advantage)
- Ability to work in a 2-shift system
Tasks
- Inspect and assess aircraft engine assemblies to OEM specifications
- Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts
- Check modifications on individual parts and assemblies
- Conduct Lean Events
- Implement 5S principles
- Perform Root Cause Analysis
- Work independently
- Think and act economically
