Tasks
- Perform ESD and Latch-up qualification
- Characterize new and revised products
- Develop ESD-HBM and LU test programs
- Operate ATE testing of semiconductor devices
- Update internal teams on test status
- Debug weaker pins using FA techniques
- Perform TLP testing
- Identify failure causes with Design Teams
- Identify failure causes with Application Teams
- Document results clearly and concisely
- Publish reports
