- Resolve technical issues quickly to ensure delivery
- Improve processes continuously to increase resilience
- Mitigate risks and prevent potential problems
- Apply lessons learned from previous projects
- Monitor development of civil and military helicopters
- Facilitate communication between departments and external authorities
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and innovation teams
- Prepare and participate in design reviews
- Conduct functional analysis and ensure process adherence
- Develop quality assurance plans and documentation
- Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement and certification teams
