- •High level of enthusiasm, initiative, and independent working style
- •Very good quality awareness and analytical, solution-oriented thinking and action
- •Good English skills in spoken and written
- •Advanced IT skills in Office applications
- •Willingness to travel approximately 5-10% of working time
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Oversee and implement quality assurance measures using established Q-systems
- •Ensure quality oversight in the plasmacenter
- •Process and coordinate deviations and change requests
- •Revise documents and create GMP documents
- •Handle and approve complaints
- •Act as the primary contact for all quality assurance matters in the plasmacenter
- •Contribute to the development of the company's quality management system
- •Plan and conduct training sessions
- •Prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits and GEMBA walks
- •Lead projects within your area of responsibility
