- •QHSE experience in industrial or service environment
- •Basic understanding of ISO 9001 and 45001
- •NEBOSH, IOSH, similar certification, or willingness
- •Strong organizational and analytical skills
- •High accountability and attention to detail
- •Understanding of incident investigation and risk assessment
- •Fluency in English
- •Proficiency in German as an advantage
- •Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset

- •Track local compliance with international and regulatory standards
- •Monitor and report global HSE performance metrics
- •Support incident investigations and share lessons learned
- •Enable consistent risk assessments and safe work practices
- •Provide HSE guidance and training to regional teams
- •Align HSE processes and reporting across the global network
- •Develop safety culture through campaigns and engagement
- •Support sustainability, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- •Reduce incidents and occupational risks globally
