- Degree in Engineering, QHSE, or related field
- QHSE experience in industrial or service environment
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001 and 45001
- NEBOSH, IOSH, similar certification, or willingness
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- High accountability and attention to detail
- Understanding of incident investigation and risk assessment
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in German as an advantage
- Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset
Tasks
- Track local compliance with international and regulatory standards
- Monitor and report global HSE performance metrics
- Support incident investigations and share lessons learned
- Enable consistent risk assessments and safe work practices
- Provide HSE guidance and training to regional teams
- Align HSE processes and reporting across the global network
- Develop safety culture through campaigns and engagement
- Support sustainability, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Reduce incidents and occupational risks globally
