Requirements
- Several years' experience as certified prevention advisor in contract logistics
- Experience in multinational organization with various cultures
- Experience with IT systems
- Quality lead auditor with ISO/TAPA knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to develop strong relationships with team leaders
- Understanding of business nature and interdependencies
- Good communication skills in German
- Fluency in English
Tasks
- Implement safety and quality policies
- Plan and document safety processes
- Monitor safety and quality through audits
- Conduct regular workplace visits
- Perform risk analysis
- Create and maintain business continuity plans
- Provide recommendations to reduce risks
- Analyze accidents and near-miss incidents
- Advise on workplace safety and materials
- Process and monitor corrective actions
- Share safety and quality information
- Cooperate in emergency procedures
- Manage internal prevention and protection services
- Contribute to annual prevention plans
- Ensure clear process steps
- Review and implement performance follow-up processes
- Evaluate processes for quality compliance
- Develop and perform audits
- Participate in external quality audits
- Identify and create new processes
- Monitor dangerous goods licenses
- Train staff on dangerous goods
- Implement TSR/truck security
- Monitor the TSR program
