On-site food safety audits and non-conformity tracking across a global beverage co-packer network. Minimum 2 years of food industry experience and HACCP knowledge required. Frequent international travel, 30 days vacation, and company-subsidized meals.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Quality Management, Process Technology, or comparable field
- At least 2 years of food industry experience, ideally beverage sector
- Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GFSI certifications, or ISO 9001
- Audit experience and root cause analysis knowledge as strong advantages
- Fluent English skills and German as a plus
- Confident SAP, MS Office, and MS Teams skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with documentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and independent working style
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership experience, and ownership
- High initiative, teamwork enjoyment, and readiness to travel
Tasks
- Conduct audits following established processes
- Submit complete and accurate audit reports
- Maintain and follow up on non-conformity trackers
- Support corrective and preventive action plans
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Develop and improve co-packer audit standards
- Maintain and update Quality Assurance processes
- Embed best practices into quality governance
- Advise internal departments and external partners
- Lead cross-functional meetings and improvement teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues
- Share best practices across the organization
- Identify and drive quality-focused improvement opportunities
- Monitor food safety across production and distribution
- Report identified failures or hazards immediately
- Document and communicate value chain assurance
