- •Collaborate with the DevOps team to report infrastructure-based issues
- •Work with designers to resolve discrepancies between designs and code
- •Triage and prioritize bugs reported by external parties
- •Oversee the merging and deployment of software releases
- •Develop a comprehensive understanding of the application and its features
- •Report UX pain points and suggest areas for improvement
