- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Relevant merchandise planning and analysis experience
- Deep understanding of fast-paced B&M environment
- Outstanding understanding of retail KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Access, SAP, and BI systems
- Excellent analytical skills
- Outstanding business and financial acumen
- Consumer-first, data savvy, and brand-driven mindset
- Highly performance driven and result-oriented
- High maturity in managing organisational complexity
- Strategic and operational decision-making
- Formal education in related fields is nice to have
Tasks
- Lead the digital merchandising planning process aligned with DTC strategy
- Manage performance of the defined assortment with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with the buying team to manage seasonal, monthly, and weekly intake requirements
- Optimize inventory management and coverage at product and size levels
- Ensure alignment with the go-to-market calendar for seamless execution
- Partner with teams to develop yearly and seasonal merchandise financial plans
- Set standards for trading and buying processes, sharing best practices
- Propose continuous improvements in processes and tools for trading excellence
- Contribute to innovation by establishing new processes, tools, and reports
