- Prepare project programmes with key milestones
- Engage with planning officers and local authorities
- Negotiate support and respond to feedback
- Prepare documentation for statutory approvals
- Manage approval process for expedited response
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure design feasibility
- Align architectural outputs with commercial objectives
- Provide timely and accurate status updates
