- Develop preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies
- Lead complex engineering and CAPEX projects
- Manage projects from initial idea to commissioning
- Control project schedules, budgets, and quality
- Manage project risks and interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinate with external partners and contractors
- Shape safety and compliance processes
- Drive continuous improvement with production and engineering
