- •Balance company needs with partner collaboration requirements
- •Communicate critical data and recommendations to governance committees
- •Drive stage-gate milestones and budget requests
- •Interface between pRED and partner functions on project issues
- •Collaborate with leadership to drive portfolio trade-off decisions
