Tasks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for operational excellence
- Partner with Senior Manager Group BPA for finance policies
- Own annual budgeting and support forecast cycles
- Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities
- Translate financial insights into strategic initiatives
- Lead problem-solving sessions for strategic topics
- Counsel leaders on problem structuring and analysis
- Develop and mobilize project plans
- Define project scope and select tools
- Estimate resources and assign responsibilities
- Maintain proactive stakeholder communication
- Ensure timely delivery and address issues
- Drive end-to-end annual budget cycle
- Align methodologies and targets with Senior Manager Group BPA
- Coordinate month/quarter/year-end close activities
- Conduct variance analysis for P&L
- Prepare and optimize internal management reports
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in reporting
- Harmonize reporting templates with Group BPA
- Quantify and manage financial risks and opportunities
- Drive corrective actions and cost optimization
- Support business case proposals
- Improve capital appropriation requests
- Provide advice and decision support
- Train on relevant processes and tools
