- Experience in Cybersecurity and deployment of security technologies
- QCD Management knowledge

- Methods of Cybersecurity risk analysis
- Architecture concepts and techniques of systems and networks
- Techniques for evaluating systems security
Tasks
- Analyze project security needs and local regulations
- Determine security objectives and main risks strategy
- Plan security activities within the development life cycle
- Estimate costs and duration of security activities
- Identify training needs related to cybersecurity
- Ensure cost, quality, and timeline of cybersecurity deliverables
- Define cybersecurity architecture and allocate requirements
- Cascade requirements to suppliers
- Manage third-party risks
- Apply cybersecurity assurance levels
- Define cybersecurity operating procedures
- Evaluate achieved cybersecurity levels of projects
- Support technical design meetings for cybersecurity activities
- Obtain agreement on security measures from stakeholders
- Manage vulnerabilities and cybersecurity action plans
- Oversee cybersecurity-related communication
- Report on the status of cybersecurity in projects
- Manage relationships with auditors during external audits
- Establish lessons learned from cybersecurity processes
- Promote adherence to the Alstom Code of Ethics
