Tasks

- Apply Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for cost and progress management
- Harmonize schedules with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor critical paths and identify risks early
- Propose mitigation or recovery plans for risks
- Leverage SAP insights for production scheduling alignment
- Facilitate schedule-related meetings within the Project Core Team
- Ensure transparent communication of schedule objectives
- Support the Project Manager with schedule delays and change requests
- Represent the project in consortium settings
- Deliver timely schedule updates and progress reports
- Track KPIs such as OTD and documentation milestones
- Provide schedule analysis during tenders
- Contribute to the Project Time Management Plan
