- •University degree in Life Science or Engineering
- •4+ years of project management experience in product/process development of medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging
- •Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams in complex organizations
- •Knowledge of design control processes, process validation and related standards (21 CFR 820; ISO 13485; ISO 15378)
- •Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Capability to master the big picture and technical details
- •Strategic mindset and business acumen with structured working style

- •Drive complex development projects from initial studies to market launch
- •Manage project scope, quality, budget, and target costs
- •Guide and lead cross-functional project teams

- •Dive into project tasks as needed to ensure success
