- Previous DMC experience and experience with wide range of clients
- Previous MICE industry experience of at least 5 years
- Fluent German/English (written and verbal)
- Advantageous Spanish/Italian skills
- Extensive knowledge of destination Austria and MICE services
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Detailed oriented and customer satisfaction oriented
- Previous MICE industry experience
Tasks
- Create and plan large-scale events in Austria
- Develop and pitch proposals
- Manage full logistics for domestic events
- Coordinate with suppliers before, during, and after events
- Negotiate with third parties to maximize value
- Oversee onsite event management
- Manage event budgets
- Conduct post-event financial reconciliation
- Report to stakeholders
- Handle end-to-end event management
- Respond to client and sales office requests
- Prepare tailored proposals
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance
