- Translate workflows and equipment needs into requirements
- Collaborate with scientists, users, and technical teams
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Oversee contractor performance and review proposals
- Evaluate cost estimates and manage change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Adhere to sustainability requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops in English and German
- Drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Manage project governance and reporting activities
