- •Knowledge of safety and regulatory frameworks
- •Experience coordinating lab relocations
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- •Solid project management and documentation skills
- •Fluency in English
- •German proficiency strongly preferred
- •Ability to work independently
- •Adaptability in fast-paced environments

- •Lead laboratory fit-out, renovation, and transition projects
- •Coordinate lab user moves and equipment installations
- •Support strategic planning for lab space optimization
- •Translate workflows and equipment needs into requirements
- •Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation
- •Oversee contractor performance and review cost estimates
- •Manage change orders and proposal reviews
- •Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
- •Facilitate stakeholder workshops in English and German
- •Drive alignment across diverse project groups
- •Manage project governance and reporting activities
- •Oversee the handover of completed facilities
