Description

As a Project Manager for Factory Investments, you will lead high-impact CAPEX projects focused on optimizing manufacturing processes. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and fostering partnerships to enhance factory operations and sustainability.

Requirements

• •Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Automation, Production Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• •More than 3 years of project management experience leading complex CAPEX projects
• •Hands-on experience in machinery or metal manufacturing industry with advanced technologies implementation
• •Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
• •Entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic, results-driven approach
• •Strong financial literacy to evaluate data and build business cases
• •Analytical thinker with excellent conceptual skills and proactive, solution-oriented working style
• •Team player with high motivation, curiosity, and drive to learn and improve
• •Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
