  • Collaborate with country teams and corporate functions
  • Engage external players for strategic insights
  • Assess opportunities for strategic decisions
  • Lead or support digital transformation projects
  • Ensure project alignment with business objectives
  • Drive projects from initiation to operational handover
  • Mobilize teams to meet priorities and timelines
  • Monitor project performance and track progress
  • Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
  • Report regularly to stakeholders
  • Provide or coordinate analytical insights
  • Create structured documentation and synthesized insights
  • Ensure efficient information flow across teams
  • Contribute to practice area development
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability building
