Requirements

  • Academic degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics
  • Strong banking experience in financial risk control
  • Lead complex change initiatives with IT/data components
  • Coordinate business, IT, and quantitative stakeholders
  • Very good understanding of risk management processes
  • Very good understanding of governance frameworks
  • Very good understanding of supporting infrastructure
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Decisive leadership
  • Sound judgment
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Fluent English
  • German language advantage

Tasks

  • Lead complex, cross-divisional change initiatives
  • Strengthen CRO governance, processes, data, and infrastructure
  • Steer the CRO Financial Risk project portfolio
  • Ensure clear prioritisation and transparency
  • Align projects with Bank and CRO strategy
  • Assess current-state processes, systems, and governance
  • Design future-state solutions with experts
  • Translate strategic objectives into business requirements
  • Develop target operating models and implementation roadmaps
  • Manage budget and resource allocation
  • Drive delivery outcomes with autonomy and accountability

  • Bachelor's degree
