Tasks
- Identify gaps between existing and global processes
- Launch and monitor process improvement initiatives
- Support development and evaluation of processes
- Identify global inconsistencies to meet strategic objectives
- Lead transformation and optimization of B2R processes
- Focus on operational excellence and financial transparency
- Continuously improve B2R processes
- Drive process standardization and simplification
- Reduce manual work and improve data consistency
- Support best practice and governance framework implementation
- Ensure financial data integrity and consistency
- Support reporting process automation and digitalization
- Adhere to financial policies, controls, and reporting standards
- Maintain process and methodology documentation
- Develop and maintain business policies
- Detect and analyze business problems
- Suggest solutions to business problems
- Communicate with business owners
- Facilitate discussions on proposed solutions
- Prepare and hold presentations
- Work with Digital teams on infrastructure fit
- Obtain project budgets
- Map business and functional requirements
- Support standard application implementations
- Participate in integration projects
- Improve process performance indicators
- Launch projects to identify best practices
- Transfer best-in-class solutions to SSCs
- Maintain effective risk control for B2R processes
- Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners
