Requirements
- Master or Bachelor in engineering or economics
- Min. 5 years extensive Project Management experience with EPC and electrical fields
- Deep knowledge of project execution ownership and financial reporting
- Proven extensive leadership experience with staff responsibility
- English proficiency required
- Additional language skills meritorious
- Experience in transmission and distribution industry advantageous
Tasks
- Shape and improve project execution strategy
- Align project strategy with business goals
- Lead and develop a high-performing PMO team
- Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Deliver complex projects successfully
- Strengthen project management framework
- Support critical business decisions
- Enable sustainable growth
- Implement continuous improvements for project execution
- Develop and improve processes based on best practices
- Incorporate lessons learned into improvement actions
- Participate in bid and sales phases
- Estimate project resources
- Oversee project management activities at portfolio level
- Conduct project reviews with management and Project Managers
- Ensure proper application of contract and claim management
- Adhere to Hitachi Energy’s policies and contractual agreements
- Lead PMO team to achieve project and organizational goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Promote safety and integrity in actions and decisions
