- Establish the Project House framework and governance
- Define intake criteria and prioritization logic
- Create escalation paths for technical issues
- Foster a high-energy and delivery-focused culture
- Lead boot camp initiatives targeting integration blockers
- Break down complex technical problems into workstreams
- Integrate cross-functional teams to overcome silo thinking
- Support program teams in stabilizing software builds
- Improve release readiness and integration maturity
- Promote best practices for CI/CD and test automation
