Requirements
- Solid experience in CAPEX projects in regulated industries (chemical/pharmaceutical)
- Specialist ASGS with focus on WRA and StFV/ATEX (BCI 155/156), work permits, shutdowns, and risk assessment
- Very good knowledge of plans and technical interfaces (studies & execution)
- High documentation standard, analytical ability, on-site leadership, and strong communication skills
- Negotiation-level German
- Professional English
Tasks
- Define WRA governance: methodology, acceptance criteria, documentation, action plans
- Moderate PRA/WRA sessions for design, construction, and facility changes
- Implement prevention measures: lockout/tagout, work instructions, access control, pre-work checks
- Ensure compliance: short safety reports, fire protection, fire response plans, ATEX documentation
- Integrate WRA into 3D models, layouts, technical documents, and construction processes
- Conduct audits and site inspections, close deviations
- Analyze incidents and near-misses, implement corrective actions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: engineering, construction, production, suppliers
- Support team with approvals, protocols, pre-tests, and commissioning
- Maintain WRA register, evidence, action tracking, and KPIs
- Ensure reporting and conduct briefings/training (ATEX, shutdowns)
