- •Proven competence in establishing relationships with stakeholders
- •Intercultural experience in working with global teams
- •Strong leadership skills
- •Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage
- •Entrepreneurial thinking with strategic planning skills
- •Analytical thinking, results orientation, and resilience
