Requirements

  • Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or comparable
  • Ideally recognized project management certification
  • Experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs
  • Significant SAP S/4HANA leadership responsibility
  • Advantageous accountability for enterprise-wide budgets
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing or asset-intensive industries
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise IT architecture
  • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities
  • Expertise in end-to-end technology and operations transformation
  • Excellent governance, planning, and financial steering
  • Ability to manage executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills
  • Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented working style
  • Resilience and leadership drive
  • Fluent English at full professional level
  • Willingness to travel as required

Tasks

  • Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation program
  • Redesign business processes and drive IT transformation
  • Manage carve-out activities and establish new legal entities
  • Align process strategy with technology implementation
  • Ensure measurable and sustainable business outcomes
  • Establish governance frameworks with executive stakeholders
  • Manage steering committees and decision forums
  • Oversee risk and financial management structures
  • Coordinate complex multi-vendor and multi-workstream environments
  • Deliver program targets within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Drive change management across all organizational levels
