In this role, you will ensure efficient production processes by managing orders, collaborating with various teams, and proactively addressing challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing resources and improving workflows to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• •Technical education with further training in logistics or production planning
• •At least 5 years of experience in production planning
• •Ability to assess complex situations and analyze data
• •Excellent coordination and collaboration skills
• •Hands-on experience with SAP (PP, MM, SD) and MS Office applications
• •Fluency in German and English

Tasks

• •Schedule and manage production orders
• •Collaborate with production teams to optimize resource allocation
• •Act as a liaison between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production
• •Track production schedules and identify risks early
• •Implement corrective measures to prevent delays
• •Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives
• •Utilize SAP and MS Office tools for planning data
• •Track key performance indicators and generate reports
• •Manage unexpected delays and material shortages
