Description

In this role, you will oversee the product life cycle for medium voltage SFCs, driving market analysis and product development while collaborating with teams to enhance marketing strategies and foster innovation.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• •Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business preferred
• •5–10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or product technology
• •Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• •Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development
• •Familiarity with medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards preferred
• •Experience in a multinational business environment
• •Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• •Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• •Passion for sustainability and driving positive environmental impact
• •High level of fluency in English

Tasks

• •Manage the entire product life cycle for hardware and software
• •Lead market intelligence analysis to identify trends and opportunities
