Requirements

  • Strong technical background in papermaking or related fields
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales preferably in the paper and board industry
  • Strong understanding of paper and board industry
  • Willingness to travel in Germany and Switzerland
  • Awareness in contract law with hands-on experience negotiating complex project contracts
  • Good communicating and interacting skills with customers and stakeholders
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English, other languages advantageous
  • Deep technical expertise and strong commercial acumen
  • Self-managed working style with ability to prioritize and execute tasks
  • Ability to create positive energy and show trust in others
  • Accountability and ownership in setting clear expectations
  • Courage to champion change and try bold ideas

  • Lead sales projects for roll services, covers, and maintenance in South-Germany and Switzerland

  • Identify customer needs and respond promptly with improvement and maintenance projects
  • Build lasting relationships to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships
